AHH, LOVE! ~ FRIDAY NIGHT DANCE ALCHEMY, FEBRUARY

February 15, 2019

Join our “Community of the Spirit” (Rumi/Barks) as we call in and dance the many flavors of Love. We gather post-Valentine's Day with whatever is moving our precious souls. Rooted in the Infinite Heart, we traverse the joyous and juicy, the friendly and familial, and the soft and tender. Alone and Together, moving and still, we invite all of Love's fragrances to fill the Space.

Attendance will be capped, facilitating an intimate yet diverse group. If you want to be assured a place, pre-registering via PayPal is recommended.

DANCING IN THE LIGHT ~ WINTER SOLSTICE OPEN FLOOR

December 21, 2018

Join us for our annual Winter Solstice dance, as we magnetize the growing light on the longest night of the year. Drawing from Soul Poets like David Whyte and Neruda, we'll "fish for fallen light." After our usual welcoming warmup, we'll move through Open Floor's Meditation Cycle, itself inspired by Osho's form. With a lighter touch of facilitation, we'll sit, walk and dance ~ Alone and Together, accompanied by the All.

SPIRIT ANIMALS: DANCING OUR TOTEMS

October 20, 2017

Join our "Community of the Spirit" (Rumi) as we explore the potency of animal allies. After a tenderizing warmup, a guided meditation helps you Center and connect with the Spirit Animal that most wants to be danced through you. We then move this and other animal spirits through the Open Floor relational map: In Solitude, Connection (partnership), Belonging (Community) and finally, opening to Great Spirit. With reverent wildness and playful profundity, we awaken The Primal together, meeting in our Humanness and our Divinity.

No experience with totems necessary… and plenty of experience welcome.

All that is important is this one moment in movement.

Make the moment important, vital, and worth living.

Do not let it slip away unnoticed and unused.
